Fitness Kickboxing
FIT without the FIGHT. Fitness Kickboxing is a high energy, aerobic exercise class involving combinations of punches, kicks, and more, on the heavy bag for all levels. This is an approximately 45-minute class that begins with a dynamic warm-up and flows right into non-stop kickboxing action combined with bodyweight calisthenics and core movements. Boost your mood and take out some stress on the heavy bags while building confidence, cardiovascular fitness, macular strength and endurance, and mobility!
Under this membership you will have access to Unlimited Fitness Kickboxing class, 6 days a week, every month.
Muay Thai
Known as the "Art of Eight Limbs", this dynamic martial art balances total body fitness with real-world self-defense training for all levels. Muay Thai utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knees as well as the clinch. Personal Training
Personalized to your specific needs, train 1:1 for Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, Strength and Conditioning, Sports Performance or a combination of training styles.
